I’ve stayed here several times now while having to go to hospital appointments. It’s only a10 minute drive to Huntsman. It’s always clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s in a nice neighborhood. The breakfast options are varied and delicious. I like having the option of bringing my dog if I need to. And even though they allow dogs, the rooms are always clean and I don’t feel disgusted like some other hotels I’ve tried in SLC. The workout room and the pool and hot tub is also nice.

Unbelievable. After complaining about checking into a dirty room, and asking for soap since the bottle in the room was empty, I returned from the day to find a still dirty room. I tried to complain to the front desk staff but, Abby, was too busy coloring a post it note on the back of her phone to notice me standing there. Her coworker defended her “busyness” and let me know that due to the staff shortage housekeeping wasn’t able to clean guests rooms despite the request. The following day the housekeeping manager, Paulina, harassed me at breakfast, and ensured that I knew she was the boss of the hotel, using the front desk staff to communicate her issues several times throughout the 4 days she refused to clean the room, provide towels, take the garbage ect... I addressed the Hilton Policy posted in the lobby stating that the room is on them if not up to their standards with the GM, Mike. He seemed utterly confused by the behavior but clearly has no idea what was going on. After I finished talking to him and went back to my room, Paulina went next level with her insanity by her letting herself into my room and waving her phone around at me. I called down to the front desk to let them know she was in my room and I would call the police. The GM was very apologetic at this point but could not provide an explanation, he did not charge for the stay. There are many other awesome hotel options within 5 minutes of this location, I would recommend ANY of them over this place.

I loved the cleanliness of the room. I'm very particular and our room was excellent. The design of the room was so inviting. I loved the kitchen with plates, sink and refrigerator. The pull out desk was cool. The bed was comfortable. Temperature wise the room was comfortable. Front desk was friendly. The breakfast menu had a variety which was nice.

This hotel is by far clean, unpleasant staff. You name its bad. I cleaned my own room when we checked in, nothing was wiped down. Spilled coffee on end tables, sticky handles, and bathroom is dirty. Breakfast is really poor. The two ladies stocking the food was not friendly. Honestly they should he fired, I asked a question because there was literally no food anywhere and it was only 830 am. The one young women ignored me and the older woman didn't speak in English and couldn't understand her. Very disappointed. Will be canceling my other nights and move on elsewhere. Oh and can't forget parking. We had to park in the Wal mart parking lot because there is NO PARKING.

I was just passing through salt lake so I didn't stay long. The room was super clean, had a full fridge, microwave stove oven, dishes, dishwasher and kitchen sink. Again the room was very nice. The staff was nice and professional. There is free breakfast in the morning and it was tasty. The only downside is I had zero reception in the room and the hotel wifi was also bad. I had to go outside to make a call or to use laptop.

Giuseppe gave us great service, very nice, very respectful, and caring towards our family, he went the extra mile for us, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for amazing hospitality and good service from the breakfast workers, thank you Giuseppe for making our morning, day, and trip one to remember!!! - Blackburn Family

This place is just straight up dirty. Hairs in the shower when we checked in. Visibly dirty area where it had not been wiped. Blood stains among others on the pullout couch cushions, which they flipped to try to hide. Very disappointed as I stayed here when it just opened and it was great. Since then it’s gone significantly downhill.
